Hi Reader,
Happy New Year! I hope your holiday season was full of good cheer and that your 2022 is off to a great start.
Since you're a member of the Insider's Club, I am beyond excited to let you be the first to know about the launch of a brand new product line that I've been working on and hinting at for several months...
I've wanted to create lamps for several years and this is the year it's happening. Behold the very first lamp for sale at Phil Webster Design: Jaalihedra™ Lamp "Hex".
The Jaalihedra™ Lamp series combines polyhedral shapes with perforated patterns inspired by jaali - decorative sandstone screens commonly found in the forts and castles of Northwestern India.

Each lamp is built to order in a variety of coordinated colors (Teal / Gold pictured) that make them beautiful tabletop sculptures even when unlit.
Right now the lamp pictured here is the only one of its kind in existence. If you act fast, I can send this one to you immediately - otherwise you can place an order (perhaps selecting other colors that better match your fancy and your existing décor) and I'll get it ready for you within 2-3 weeks.

As always, thanks for being a loyal follower, and stay tuned for more lamp designs in the coming months!
Cheers, Phil

The 20-pointed stars on the 12 faces represent 2012, the year I first started intensely studying the Islamic design tradition. The 20 21-pointed...

However, it's been a very quiet and introspective time artistically speaking. Now I'm ramping back up as we head toward fall and it feels "good to be back". 😀 Tallulah ("Lula") posing with Infinity Bloom 10 - Forest Green/Yellow A lot of new creative ideas have been germinating, so you can look forward to several...
